1No Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind or for reasons unrelated to product quality. Before making a purchase, we encourage customers to carefully consider their choices and ask any questions they may have about the products. This policy is final and binding for all purchased products, unless otherwise specified by applicable law.

2Exceptions

Returns can only be processed in two specific situations:

  • a. Received items have significant defects or damages not caused by customer mishandling.
  • b. There is an error in the delivery of products different from the ones ordered by the customer.
  • c. Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for returns or refunds according to our policy.
  • d. Items marked as "final sale" may not be eligible for returns or refunds according to our policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following categories cannot be returned:

  • Underwear & lingerie
  • Bodysuits & bra tops
  • Swimwear

To process returns for defective items or shipping errors, please follow these steps:

To process returns for defective items or shipping errors, customers must contact our customer service team within 5 (five) days of receiving the item. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund according to our policy. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, and must include the original packaging and all attached price tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4Required Documents

Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

5Refund Process

If a refund is approved, please allow 5 (five) business days of refund approval for us to process your return and issue a refund once we receive the returned product. It will be processed using the original payment method.

6Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product due to a defect or damage, please contact us for further assistance.

7Compliance with Indonesian Law

This return policy is formulated in accordance with the regulations and laws in force in Indonesia, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999. Under this law, businesses have the right to establish clear and fair return policies.

Based on Article 7 of the law, businesses have the right to set terms and procedures for product returns as long as these policies are clearly communicated to consumers at the time of transaction.
